Yuvika Chaudhry: In summer, I prefer wearing light color clothes because it makes me feel cool and comfortable. Also, I prefer to drink lot of water and eat lot of fruits and green vegetables to keep myself dehydrated. Also, sunscreen is very important. One shouldn’t forget to apply sunscreen before leaving the house.

Rashmi Desai: I am shooting on the AC floor so thankfully, I am not suffering much (laughs). But on a serious note, I know Mumbai’s temperature has really gone very high and it’s very important to take care in this changing climate. I make sure to have plenty of water to keep myself dehydrated. I also have Kokam sharbat because that helps you in keeping yourself calm. I stick to fruits and light food that help me stay fit.‎

Helly Shah:I never forget to apply sunscreen whether I am shooting outdoor or indoor; sunscreen is a must for me. Honestly, I tend to forget to drink water and so I ask someone from the set to remind me to have it at regular intervals. Also, I avoid having oily food and have as much as ghar ka khana which includes lot of fruits and green veggies.

Shashank Vyas: I start my day by drinking with coconut water which is a natural diuretic and is very good enough to flush toxins which generate heat in the body. I also have a lot of fruits and vegetables. To replace the lost vitamin C in the body because of sweat, I sip on Nimbu Pani in the day which keeps me hydrated.

Vahbiz Dorabjee: During summers, I make sure I take two to three baths a day! Also, I drink a lot of curd and a lot of water to keep myself hydrated.
