Irrfan Khan’s ‘The Song of Scorpions’ to have world premiere at Locarno film festival!

Filmmaker Anup Singh’s “The Song of Scorpions”, which stars Indian actor Irrfan Khan and Iranian actress Golshifteh Farahani, will have its world premiere at the forthcoming 70th edition of Locarno Film Festival. The song narrates a tale of love and revenge. This song has been shot in Rajasthan and also features Iranian beauty Golshifteh Farahani, Waheeda Rehman and Tillotama Shome.

The movie is the second collaboration between Irrfan and Anup after ‘Qissa’. Indian actor Anupam Kher’s The Big Sick, Charlize Theron’s film  Atomic Blonde and Netflix’s sci-fi thriller What Happened to Monday? will also screen in Locarno’s open-air, 8,000-seat Piazza Grande
