Salman Khan Talks About His Strategy To Compete With Akshay Kumar And Shah Rukh Khan Shows!


It’s time of the year that everyone is glued to the show and excited with the host taking the case of a housemate. Yes, you have guessed it right, its none other than Bigg Boss, which is in its 11th season. The show will be once again hosted by superstar Salman Kahn. We got a glimpse of the house and Staying true to its ‘padosi’ theme, the entire setting had a locality feel. The Bajrangi Bhaijaan actor was at his charismatic best even when the heat kept him disturbed.

During the media interaction, one of the journalists asked if he is all set to lock horns with friends Akshay Kumar and Shah Rukh Khan who are all set to play host in Ted Talks India: Nayi Soch and The Great Indian Laughter Challenge, correspondingly. It’s no denying that Salman, Shah Rukh, and Akshay definitely are the most successful superstars in Bollywood today.

Salman Khan was his charming self and was quoted saying that, “I think Shah Rukh and Akshay are amazing. Shah Rukh is a great host and so is Akshay. He has also got an amazing comic timing and is quite witty. On the other hand, Shah Rukh has his own personality, his own style, swag, and charisma. I think it’s going to be quite a tough competition.”

Salman Khan has been the host of the controversial show ever since season 4 and revealed that he shows it is a learning ground for him. The actor further shared his experience about the long association with the show and was quoted saying that, “I really like Bigg Boss and I have learned a lot, seriously. Bigg Boss has not only made me more patient but has also taught me when to react and when to let go things. Har bar bolta hu ke aur nahi karunga (I keep saying that I don’t want to do it anymore) but I keep coming back. Mere bina Colors walon ko TRPs nahi milti (Colors doesn’t get TRPs without me). So, they keep getting me back.”

Bodyguard actor further added that, “It is the most difficult format and you need to have patience, willpower, sensibilities and a thorough knowledge of the game. There’s not much food. Just one bathroom. You have fights. Friends turning enemies. It’s too much to cope up with.” The actor also cleared the air regarding the controversy between contestants Swami Om and Priyanka Jagga and was quoted saying that, “I just hope there is no badtameezi (ill-mannerism) in the house. It gets to me.” He also added that “I do not like the first-week eviction. I think it takes time before people show their real colors. You cannot judge someone in such a short time and that I feel is a little unfair.”

Bigg Boss 11 will start on October 1 and will be aired on Colors. Also timing this year will be on weekdays at 10:30 pm and on weekends it will air at 9 pm.
