Kapil Sharma hasn’t had best of the year which marred by controversies and nothing going in his stride. the actor is quite excited for his upcoming movie, ‘Firangi’ will follow the journey of the time when all Indians stood against the British except one man – Manga essayed by Kapil Sharma who feels that the firangis – are not bad people. The ace comedian is playing a very interesting character whose magic kick heals all pains. The ace comedian is these days neck deep in promotional activity for his second movie and was quoted saying that, “It feels like I have done 50,000 interviews already.” The actor is sleep deprived and can be seen having regular cups of tea and coffee giving him the strength to work continuously,
The actor is tired with all the interview session and was quoted saying that, “I feel like I have three films up for release. But one thing that he is very excited to start work on his next television show. He also added once the movie releases, he plans to shift all his focus on his next TV show.
During the interaction with the media talked about his excitement about his upcoming show and was quoted saying that, s, “The whole of November will be spent in promoting Firangi. But I will sit with my team and finalize the finer details of the tv show. You can expect an announcement early next year about the show, its name and when it is going on air.”
Kapil Sharma also gives insight into the concept of the show and added that “When we work on the concept, we keep very few basics in mind. What am I good at? How can I better it? Will it be fun to shoot it? Since if it is fun for us, then it will be fun for the viewers as well. Since at the basis of it all, we are also consumers of content. So if we truly enjoy doing something, we have cracked the makings of a good show.”
Kapil Sharma previous show celebrities played a crucial role and one of the reporters asked if in the news show will also witness presence on the show. The ace comedian was quick to add and said, “Yes, there will be a celeb angle as my previous shows. But again, it will be quirky and out of the box. If we have Amitabh Bachchan on the show, we will not ask him the cliched questions like, ‘How do you feel being such a mage star.” Isn’t it obvious that he likes being what he is and is proud of his own achievements?”
On the work front, first production movie Firangi is all set to release on 24th November’17 which is being directed by Rajiev Dhingra and also features Ishita Dutta and Monica Gill.
