Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh’s daughter Sara Ali Khan is gearing up for her Bollywood debut in director Abhishek Kapoor’s ‘Kedarnath’, opposite Sushant Singh Rajput. At the trailer launch of Saif’s upcoming film KaalaKaandi, the actor was asked about Sara and her entry into Bollywood. When asked a question about the same at the trailer launch of Kaalakaandi, Saif said, “I am excited for her. When we get close to the release of that film (Kedarnath), it will be like my film only releasing.”
On Sara’s first look from Kedarnath, Saif said, “I’ll wait. I want to see it properly. It’s too early to get excited right now. I am very confident she will be very good.”
Saif further added-“I am concerned for her, which is pretty normal for any father. But, I wouldn’t say I am nervous because I am not living vicariously through her. What worries me is the kind of relationships she is going to have. Or for that matter, how she will deal with failure — will she get upset and cry about them? These are things that niggle at me.”
After Kaalakaandi, Saif will be seen in NH 10 director Navdeep Singh’s next film as well as the upcoming web-series Sacred Games being directed by Anurag Kashyap and Vikramaditya Motwane. KaalaKaandi is slated to release on January 12, 2018. For more updates keep following Circle of Bollywood!
