Saif Ali Khan and the team of ‘Kaalakandi’ launched the trailer of the film in Mumbai on Wednesday. Talking about the failure at the box-office, Saif said, ‘’It’s easy to think that people no longer want to see me in a film. But I don’t do that, I get my confidence back every time, irrespective of whether my film works or not. I’ll keep working and hopefully, things will fall into place.”

While speaking to us Deepak had said, “The movie is about three different stories that are interlinked. And interestingly all the three stories are shot with three different cameras. Audience will get to see 10-12 experiments in this film. It’s a rarity.”

The film is being produced by Ashi Dua, who is known for backing ‘Bombay Talkies.’ It is being directed by Akshat Verma, who had written ‘Delhi Belly.’

Actor Akshay Oberoi who also plays a role in the film says, “Saif and I are cast as brothers in one of the three stories in Kaalakandi. He has a fabulous role. So have I. It’s a story that unfolds in the course of one night. We’ve almost finished wrapping up the shooting. It is a completely wacky film and I loved shooting it.”
