Kareena Kapoor Khan: I Never Take Success To The Head And Failure To The Heart!

Kareena Kapoor Khan is these days prepping for her upcoming movie Veera Di Wedding and will be seen sharing screen space with Sonam Kapoor, Swara Bhaskar, Sumeet Vyas and new girl Shikha Talsania is part of the project. The actress has gone thru a lot of ups and down in her illustrious career but her love for the craft has never diminished and is still in love with acting.

During a recent interaction with the media, Kareena Kapoor Khan talked about she is blessed to getting the opportunity to do the work of her choice and quoted saying that “I’ve never taken my success and my failure too seriously. I’m fine with it all. If the movie is a success then great if it’s not that’s also fine.”

Bajrangi Bhaijaan actress also added that “I just love my job. The idea is in doing something that I love the most and that’s acting and it is more important than success or failure. Most people don’t get the opportunity to enjoy their job but I do and that is my achievement.”

Kareena Kapoor was blessed with a son a year back and post which she went on a maternity leave. Taimur Ali Khan and has become an internet sensation in no time and one of the main reason is he is turning into a handsome child. Kareena Kapoor informed that she wished that her son has a normal upbringing and said that “I just don’t want him to be looked upon as a star-kid. I want him to grow up as normally as possible. I want to let him be just the way he is.”

The stunning actress is quite excited to work on “Veere Di Wedding”  and added that  “It is my wedding in the movie and it will be different. Rhea is going to style me. It will be stylish. And with Sonam – the fashionista in the movie, I surely cannot wear my jeans and t-shirt. Or you never know, I may convince her to come out of her ball gowns and wear jeans and t-shirt. You’ll should wait and watch (laughs).”

She also added “The film is about four women and it’s an easy chick flick. It’s a kind of film I’d want to say yes to. I am hoping for the best,” she said on the sidelines of noteddesigner Anita Dongre’s campaign #ANDiRISE, which talks about young women achievers from different walks of life.”

Kareena Kapoor also gave an insight into #ANDiRISE campaign and said that “I feel the modern Indian woman plays diverse roles, lives her life to the fullest and fulfils her choice with confident and style. She is the women who creates her own destiny and is unstoppable. I believe in what I do and I have my own identity,”
