Now the costume drama has become the second movie after Baahubali 2 (All versions) to cross the $ 3 million mark at the Australian box office.

Padmaavat is made on the lavish budget of Rs 180 crore including promotion and advertising with the additional cost of Rs 20 crore was spent by the makers for converting the film’s print into IMAX and 3D formats.
The story of Padmaavat revolves around menacing Sultan of Delhi Alauddin Khilji, who wishes to conquer the queen of Chittorgarh Rani Padmavati.
