Deepika Padukone recently attended the Hello Hall Of Fame Awards and where he won the Entertainer of the Year honour. The actress opened about what fame means to her and was quoted saying that “I won’t say fame is all that important for me, but I would definitely like to say that the kind of industry I am working in and the kind of work that I am doing, so money and fame are a part of what I do, and I can’t ignore it.”
Piku actress further added that “I don’t think you can ignore the fame and the attention. It is the by-product of the work that I do. I love my work. In the last ten years, the work that I have done… I got so much to learn and I have enjoyed my work. And in future, I hope that I keep on enjoying the work that I do.”
Deepika Padukone did a photo for a leading magazine but her neck pain resurfaced once again and was seen sporting with a bandage around her neck. Padmaavat actress opened about her health issue and was quoted saying that “My back is good — I have received a lot of love and wishes. I am starting physiotherapy soon. There is nothing to worry about.”
Deepika was quite excited to reunite with her Piku actor Irrfan Khan in Vishal Bhardwaj upcoming movie but the movie has been postponed ever since the news has surfaced that he from a rare disease which has put his out of action for some time.
Due to Irrfan’s disorder and Deepika’s neck pain, the movie has been put on hold. The movie shoot had to begin in Nepal on March 5.
Deepika had this to say about Irfan’s ill health “I think we should always pray for people and their good health. If his (Irrfan’s) health is not best at this point, I think it is important for all of us to pray, not just for him, but for everyone.” ”
I always say a small little prayer for myself and everyone around. Yes, I think the last couple of weeks have been emotionally challenging, but yes, I think we all should say a little prayer.”
A while back Deepika Padukone revealed she is thrilled to collaborate with Vishal and Irrfan. Deepika also said that “I’m going to use this as an opportunity to go back to being a student in so many ways because I feel like I’m going to learn so much from this. Of course, I learn with every film experience, I learn so much. But, I think it will be time for me to really stay very focused and imbibe and learn from Irrfan and from Vishal sir. But it’s also going to be a lot of fun. They both have an amazing sense of humour. I don’t know if the atmosphere will allow for that but I do know that in our downtime, we’ll have a good time as well.”
