Selfish song from Race 3: The teaser of ‘Selfish’ has made it difficult to wait for the song to come out !!

Race 3 is an upcoming action thriller film directed by Remo D’Souza. The film stars Salman Khan, Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Jacqueline Fernandez, Daisy Shah, and Saqib Saleem. The film is set to release on 15 June. The trailer boast is dominated by action sequences and if sources are to believe it was Salman Khan input to incorporate the power-packed sequences into the film’s trailer. The source close to the unit reveals that Salman Khan has carefully picked the most important and integral scenes that were shot during each schedule for the trailer.

The first song of the film titled “Heeriye” was released today. Sung by Neha Bhasin and Deep Money, the song is composed Meet Bros. It is being touted as a rocking party track and has been picturised on Salman and Jacqueline. The two stars have earlier starred in chartbusters like “Jumme Ki Raat” and “Hangover” from their movie Kick.

Race 3, have released the second song titled Selfish. Interestingly, there are two special things about this romantic track, firstly the lyrics of Selfish have been penned down by Bhaijaan Salman Khan and secondly it has been crooned by Salman’s rumoured girlfriend and Romanian singer, Iulia Vantur. Now, we know the song will only release tomorrow but the audio has been launched today itself and needless to say, it has us really excited to watch how has the song been filmed.

We are sure that the crackling chemistry between Salman and Jacqueline in the song will make it more visually appealing. Also, as per the poster of the song, it seems that Jacqueline will romance Salman and Bobby both. The male version of Selfish has been sung by Atif Aslam, who has previously crooned for Salman in Tiger Zinda Hai (Dil Diyan Gallan) and Tubelight (Main Agar).

Talking about how he penned the lyrics of Selfish, Salman in an interview said, “While discussing the creative for the song, I penned down a few thoughts on paper in sync with the plot of the film, which is about the selfishness within the family. When the music director Vishal Mishra heard it, he got extremely excited and said he will come back with a tune for the same. I said, ‘But this is a part of a conversation and not lyrics’. However, he insisted to use the thoughts as it is for the song. Everyone loved the thoughts and wanted it to be used for the song.”
